At Namma Snacks, we are committed to delivering fresh and delicious snacks to your doorstep in a timely manner. Please read our delivery policy below for important details.

Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to all cities and towns across Tamil Nadu and Bangalore City. Please ensure your delivery address is within our serviceable locations before placing an order. Some areas that are not accessible to Courier Service are not deliverable.

Delivery Timeframe
Orders are delivered within 3 to 7 working days from the date of dispatch.
Orders placed on Fridays or before a public holidays may experience slight delays due to non-shipping days.

Shipping Holidays
We do not process or ship orders on Public Holidays, Local Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays.
Orders placed on these days will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Method
All orders are shipped via reliable courier partners to ensure safe and prompt delivery.
Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be provided for order tracking.

Order Cancellation
Namma Snacks reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion.
In case of cancellation, customers will be notified, and refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per our refund policy.
